Your runs are free
Workflows you run in the editor or on your own EServer use your own compute — unlimited, no per-run charge. Cloud AI tokens are the only thing metered on them.
Cloud AI, metered fairly
Hosted model calls spend credits by their exact token usage, drawn from your monthly allowance. Run your own local models (Ollama, LM Studio) to zero it out — you still hold a paid plan, you just own your costs.
Hosted automations, by allotment
Automations we host for you — triggered by another app (a webhook) or on a schedule — run in an isolated sandbox, so each plan includes a monthly run allotment that scales with your needs.

Questions
What is a hosted automation run?
It’s a workflow Circuitry runs for you in the cloud when something triggers it — another app calling a link (a “webhook”, e.g. a new order or form submission) or a schedule you set. These run in an isolated sandbox, a capacity-limited resource, so each plan includes a monthly allotment. Anything you run yourself in the editor or on your own EServer never touches that allotment.
Are workflow runs in the editor really free?
Yes. Runs you trigger in the editor, or on an EServer on your own machine, use your own compute and are unlimited and free. The only thing ever metered on those runs is cloud AI: if a run calls a Circuitry-hosted model, those tokens draw from your included credits.
How is AI usage billed?
Each cloud AI call spends credits based on the exact tokens it uses, drawn from your monthly allowance — heavier models cost more credits per call. Want to bring it to zero? Run your own local models (Ollama, LM Studio), or your own hardware via EServer — you pay us for the platform, not for metered cloud tokens.
What if I run low on AI credits or automation runs?
We’ll email you a reminder as you approach either limit, so there’s never a surprise. For AI credits, top up any time: buy more credits or switch on auto top-up if you subscribe through Stripe, or grab a credit pack through the Apple App Store. For automation runs, higher tiers include far more — up to 500,000 a month on Business — so upgrading gives you instant headroom. Either way, both refresh at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does Business team billing work?
Business is licensed per seat — you pay for each person on the team, and adding or removing seats is handled in your admin console. AI credits and hosted-automation runs are pooled across the whole company rather than locked to each seat, so a heavy user and a light user balance out and nothing is stranded. Admins can set per-seat budget caps so no single person can drain the shared pool. Team plans are billed on the web.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — a free, web-only plan. Use every editor in your browser to design and sketch workflows, diagrams and more, with a small storage allowance. It doesn’t include cloud AI, hosted automations, EServer or MCP — upgrade to Hobby ($9/mo) for cloud AI, or to Personal for your own compute (EServer) and MCP. Running your own local models or hardware on a paid plan is a way to own your costs.
One subscription replaces your editor, your design tool, and your automation bill.
Design, build, automate, and host — all under one plan.
